Below is a list of sites all about food history.
Food Timeline

Gode Cookery
The jumping off point for all SCA-related cookery, no matter what your level. Anyone who insists they can’t produce a tasty, period feast will be directed to this page. Anyone who still insists will have their head wrapped in caul fat.
Historic Food
The official website of British food historian Ivan Day. Has some excellent recipes and scholarly articles about historical food preparation, plus some droolworthy pictures of jelly moulds. And a seriously awesome cooking school programme.
Inn at the Crossroads
OK, so it’s not strictly historical food, being the website of a pair of food geeks who love the work of George R.R. Martin and decided to re-create the recipes featured in A Song of Ice and Fire. But they use historical recipes as their basis, and any aspiring SCA cooks could learn a lot from their methods.

A truly excellent website run by Daniel Myers, containing recipes, menus, links to online period cookbooks and articles about medieval food and cooking
Period Weights and Measures in Europe
A very handy site summarising weights and measures in medieval and renaissance Europe.
